At Naybr, our goal is to make apartment living more human. We want to connect residents with each other in a safe and secure environment. To do that, it's important that users feel safe communicating on the app, knowing that they are speaking with other residents of the building and not complete strangers.
When you create an account on Naybr, we ask you to provide a proof of your residence which a member of our team manually verifies. This document can be a screenshot or copy of a utility bill, or any other official document showing your name and address. Once your address has been verified, we delete the document you provided from our systems.
Your safety is our priority. When you use Naybr, other residents are only able to see your profile photo, your first name and the first initial of your last name. It's important that users are transparent with other residents about their identity, to encourage respectful interactions, while also protecting your privacy. We never tell other residents which unit you live in.
