This information is used to verify your residency in the building and will be kept confidential.

4. Verification Process

As part of the sign-up process, you will need to provide proof of residence to confirm that you live in the building you are registering for.

• Verification is a requirement of using the App.
• Misrepresenting your residence may result in immediate removal from the App.
• Once your residency is verified, proof of residence will be deleted from our records.

5. Use of Features

Naybr allows residents to:

• Create and view community message boards and posts.
• Chat with other residents via direct messages.

Please use these features responsibly and in accordance with the following Community Guidelines:

1. Be Respectful – Treat fellow residents with kindness and respect.
2. Keep it Civil – Avoid harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior.
3. Stay Relevant – Keep discussions related to the community or building.
4. Maintain Privacy – Do not share others' personal information without consent.
5. Keep it Clean – Avoid inappropriate content or offensive language.
6. Report Misconduct – Report violations to the building manager or app administrator.

We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Naybr, including text, images, and logos, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce any content without prior permission.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of changes via the App. Continued use of Naybr after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
